Terms and Conditions

For Rooms / Suites / Apartments:

  • Check-in from 14:00 hrs.
  • Check-out until 12:00 hrs.
  • Check-in before 06:00 hrs (Previous night additional charge).
  • Check-in between 06:00 hrs – 14:00 hrs (50 % of one-night stay charge).
  • Check-out between 12:00 hrs – 18:00 hrs (50 % of one-night stay charge).
  • Check-out after 18:00 hrs (One-night additional charge).
  • The guest will be charged a prepayment of the first night within 1 day before arrival.
  • IBIS HOTELS BAHRAIN reserves the right to release all non-guaranteed reservations at 18:00 hrs on the day of arrival.
  • The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel within 1 day before arrival.
  • All confirmed (guaranteed) reservations not arriving on the intended arrival date will be considered “No Show and will be charged for one night”.

 

For Dining / Events / Meetings:

  • The final payment will be based on number of guests guaranteed; however excess attendees will be charged additionally, should the actual number of attendees fall below the minimum guaranteed on the day of event, settlement will be based on the minimum guaranteed given.
  • Payment is to be made by 50% advance 1 week before the event. If the Hotel does not receive the deposit required within the above mentioned duration, the arrangements for the event may be subject to cancellation by the Hotel.
  • All the government charges, fees, municipality fees, Tax including VAT and more generally any tax whatsoever, currently imposed or that may be imposed in the future by any relevant government authority, are subject to change anytime should the government amend regulations.
  • In the event of cancellation, the Hotel must be notified and Hotel will charge a corresponding cancellation fee: The amount of cancellation will be calculated on a percentage basis of the estimated total banqueting revenue based on provisional numbers 30 days – 25%, 15 days – 50%, 7 days – 100%.
  • The client will comply with all the Hotel rules and regulations enforced by the management for safety of the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to inspect and patrol all private functions at any time without prior consent. The client will immediately comply and insure compliance by all attendees with all lawful directions of the hotel staff.
  • The client must notify the hotel in case number of attendees increases above 10% of the total guest guarantee. The Client undertakes to pay the full amount of this banquet event; he / she agree that the Hotel will not take any responsibility if the number of attendees is less than the reserved number.
  • The Client undertakes to adhere to the local laws, customs & regulation & he / she will be fully responsible of his / her guest’s behaviour. The Client & his guests shall at all times be subject to the instruction of the Hotel.
  • The layout & location of booths, stands, chairs, tables, platforms etc. shall not block or impede hotel exit routes. Corridors, stairways and aisles must be free of blockages.
  • Function organizer must be aware of the Hotel’s fire prevention measures, procedure systems & its locations.
  • All items, materials & equipment’s required to the function should enter with the knowledge of the hotel.
  • The client agrees to be considered responsible for any damage, destruction or alteration of the facilities or equipment of the Hotel, accidentally or voluntarily caused by the client, his/her guests or subcontractors (Including but limited to florist, entertainer, decorator, etc.,) The client agrees to cover the cost of any reparation, renovation, and /or replacement of such damaged facility or equipment.
  • While Ibis Hotels Bahrain will endeavour to accommodate requests for special meals for customers who have food allergies or intolerances, we cannot guarantee completely allergy-free meals. This is due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients.
